The Oakleaf Group are seeking a highly self motivated individual to join our marketing team.
The Oakleaf Group is a growing property consultancy firm located in Northampton. The Oakleaf Group specialises in undertaking building surveys and audits in a variety of disciplines across a broad range of building and estate types across the entire UK.
We are looking for an individual to join the sales team in a support role to assist with writing tenders at PQQ and ITT stages, bid writing and general administrative support for the sales team.
While this role is initially more supportive in nature, there is the opportunity for the right candidate to develop their own client base and move into more of a client facing sales role as they gradually take on increasing responsibility within the team. Enjoying following up leads, closing opportunities and building relationships with clients
The position will also assist the Commercial Director in the provision of case studies, generic proposal content and bid templates, providing occasional Company-wide support as required.
The successful applicant will have strong organisational and administration skills, a methodical approach with good attention to detail, good IT skills, proven capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines where necessary.
The successful candidate will conduct themselves in a professional manner and will be proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ideally a sales relationship managing software product (CRM)
