Space Management

We have a very experienced space utilisation survey team who have been carrying out space surveys now for more than 25 years.

These have enabled organisations to completely replan their facilities to harness inherent spare capacity and also dispose of redundant premises to release funds that they have used to fund remodelling work.

We have carried our thousands of space utilisation reviews over the years for the NHS and Local Authorities. Initially this was as part of the national estates awareness programme where we carried out reviews of Addenbrookes and Papworth hospitals. We were commissioned by the Audit Commission to review 6 Police forces which led to a publication recommending national standards for space management. We went on to review more than 27 police forces throughout the country and also the Audit Commissions own premises.
