Project Background

The Oakleaf Group were contracted by Coca-Cola to advise on the maintenance and statutory liabilities at the historic Malvern Water plant in Herefordshire. Liaising directly with the onsite maintenance team, to ensure that the surveys were undertaken outside of manufacturing periods both out of hours and on shut down days, Oakleaf were able to maximise onsite productivity whilst minimising disruption to the plant.

The Malvern Water plant was one of the more interesting establishments visited by the Oakleaf surveying team particularly the springhead and associated infrastructure. The original plant was constructed in the late 1800s with several architectural features of note including the glazed tiled water tanks at the springhead and neo-gothic tank room block.
