Oakleaf are accredited under the BAFE SP205 scheme, which is UKAS accredited. We are assisting numerous clients to ensure they are fulfilling their legal obligations, where third party assurance of our service and competency is vital.
Oakleaf are now providing the EWS1 form process from the RICS. The new External Wall Fire Review process requires a fire safety assessment to be conducted by a suitably qualified and competent professional.
Only one assessment will be needed for each building and this will be valid for five years
